I have a one piece PVC toilet flange that extends about a foot into the drainage pipe. One piece of the flange is broken. I was told that I could buy a "stainless steel "snap collar ring" that fits underneath the PVC flange that would allow me to secure my toilet to the flange. I am unable to locate this collar at any of the plumbing stores in Augusta, GA. Is there such a device as a "snap collar ring"? If so, where can I buy one from. thanks, Norman
