My mobile home is a 16x80 I have plans to build on 16x80 and have got the details all figured out right doen to the nail as to how much material and cost it will take with the exception of one thing. Because I live in a low lying area located in the Okefenokee Swamp in south Georgia my home is set 3 feet above the ground and this for some reason is bewildering me . Im having trouble figure out how Im going to go about it whether to put it on a foundation or to build it on pillers I would think becase the way the home set up that the best bet would to be put in on pillars. Im baffled!!!!!!
