i thought i was fairly clear but lets try again origianal prob was light in bathroom on wall,, switch in base of light, turn click on, turn click off, light was alway left on, blew bulb.. put in new, poof put in another bulb, now on 1/2 hour later..poof ( left on ok ) put in new bulb again stays on almost 1 hour poof, said thats it, something wrong, shut off breaker 15 amp,, remove light from wall, undo wires and go to store and get new light same as old ok wire up yes grounded looks good ,,,1/2 -3/4 hour later poof i 'm like what the so i turn off breaker and remove pane and take out breaker 15 amp lok at wir and say screw it took 5 foot piece 12/2 wire new,, feed thru wall-- breaker box on oppiste side easy ok now put in new 20 amp breaker and finish all connctions tun on main turn on bathroom breaker and try again 1/2 hour later poof im like you know what im done extension cord from living room and droplight tada light ,, now review ...old wiring old light old breaker,, now brand new light new wire new breaker 20amp even, not really needed the light is the only thing on that wire ok no probs in the breaker box either put breaker in differrent slots too even switched breakers slots with known good its got me and all of the rest of house is fine i hope i was clearer this time thanks
