My builder allowed the painter to paint the plastered walls of my house when the temp was too cold. When I moved in, in April 2003 we noticed selected areas of our walls were peeling. When I put masking tape to the wall (anywhere in the house) it removes the paint without any effort. What is the solution besides sueing my builder?
