Refinishing old hardwood floors

I bought an old house, ripped up the carpet, and found hardwood floors. I'd love to refinish them, but would hate to drum sand, edge sand, buff, etc. Can anyone recommend the product "Miracle Floor", found at www.miraclefloor.com? It sure sounds good.
