Spraying a 60 foot tree is difficult with neighbors, etc. Much less harvesting them.
With 100's of birds and the associated droppings, eating them is out of the question.
Mulching them? sorry, but the best you would end up with is purple soup on the lawn.
Bottom line - a Mulberry bush might be nice, but they grow like weeds and become monsters that need to be cut down. They are a garbage tree.
