Seems like Northern Tools used to have the device for which you are searching. Be careful about what you install these on, however. Thirty years ago, there was considerable heat going up the flue. Today's higher efficiency furnaces lose much less heat and you are in danger of sub-cooling the vent products. This can affect proper venting or even produce condensation, especially in today's 80-plus furnaces. This acidic condensate can run back into the furnace and will take out your heat exchanger in a hurry! Check your stack temperature downstream of the device after installation and check to be sure you have at least 350 degrees.
