I agree with Chad. Just had this appen on my 2 year old furnace. Service guy told me that you should pull the flame sensor, clean with steel wool and put it back in. In addition he suggested having a couple on hand in the event it does it again. Found manufacturer on web, got wiring diagram and 2 flame sensors. They charge me $7.50 each but then I suspect you nmight be able to go to a good appliance parts store and pick one up. Many of the furnaces today use a lot of commen parts, blower motors, sensors, thermocouples and more.
Reason for having them on hand is that a defective sensor can cause board problems which becomes serious dough. My repair ran me $75.00 for sensor and install.
