I have not yet contacted the NORCO service department. I did contact the previous owner and builder and they informed me that there indeed was a design flaw in the NORCO manufacturing process in which NORCO later fixed. Do you think there is some precedent out there in which NORCO would replace all my windows even though the windows are ~13 years old?
