same problem, anderson

had same problem anderson windows, they replaced every window in house, including labor was 4 years old windows
the seal failed, manfacturing defect. allowing nitrogen to escape, air to go in, when the sun hit the windows, they exploded
only 3 exploded but the replaced them all, anderson is the best, they warranty is 20 years parts, first 5 years is parts and labor
only problem was i had to prime and repaint over 20 windows!
good luck, let us know what they going to do for you. let us know if there a stand up company like anderson
