silicon film on tile

I remodeled my bathroom this last year and tiled around the tub
like most people. I used silicon calk instead of grout to
avoid the problems with grout I've had in the past.
My question is the silicon left a film on the edges of the tile
which I would like to remove but don't want to scratch the tile
what is the best way to remove this film.
I tried using just a razor blade but it still left a film.
