Sounds like a flame sensor. Iwas having simular problem. Restart furnace if the igintor fires the gas but the burner shuts off within 5 seconds it probably is the flame sensor. The problem is getting a good sensor. They seem not to always work. You can pull the sensor out and sand it with sandpaper. May be a quick fix. Make sure sensor is in flame.
