My bedroom ceiling was painted in oil base paint and when I repainted it I used latex not knowing at the time that I was painting on top of oil, the problem I am having now is my ceiling is bubbled and peeling and I wish to repaint it but I don't want the same thing happening again, could you please help me out on this one?
