My house is an old house about 35 years old, the outter walls of this house does not have insulation. I have alot of black spots on the corners and it has spread down. I do not know if this is called mildew or mold. I do not know what to do. I have been adviced to take the walls down and put insulation and new dry wall. What do you think. What is this do to. Most of the time my kids are sick will colds.
