Black stains occur on a finished floor when the staining agent has
penetrated the existing finish.

Black stains on floors are a result of the chemical reaction of the
acids that are present in woods used for hardwood floors and the
iron that is present in urine, blood, and nails.

Iron reacting with wood acids cause a black stain that penetrates
deep and spreads across and into the grain of the wood.

STAIN-OUTŪ has a unique blend of chemicals that break this iron/
acid bond and bleach out the black stains that were left behind.
