I recently went thru an insurance walkthru; in one of our warehouses we had built a breakroom that had stairs to the top where we were storing all kinds stuff. he said we need "overhead storage capacity" posted.
can anybody help me?
This room is approx:
16x24 overall #2 yellow pine
2x6 studs x18" ctrs #2 yellow pine
2x12 raftersx12" ctrs
3/4" plywood decking and walls inside and out
