overhangs may make you ice daming problem worse

as a matter of course when these ice dams form, its on the colder part of the roof. overhangs are the coldest part of the roof.

i thinks they will make more ide dam, although the ice dams will not be over the home directly. they will be on the overhang, but the puddle of meltoff that forms behind the ice dam will certanilly be over your home

i think it will make it worse
