I think you missed the entire point. It appears to have in response to another post where dp claimed to be perfect. I read the post as very politely pointing out that there is no such thing as a 100% right answer. As far as the first sentence, I think the guy is trying to hard to be polite. I see several posts above and below where the "real" dp gives advice which is obviously not 100% correct, and in some cases, does not even answer directly.
