Interesting strike-through font on this post, hmmm. Both products are available at retail and through roofing supply companies. Air Vent has an 800 number for supplier referrals: 1-800-AIR-VENT. Owens Corning undereave vents are also available at retail but may require special ordering. The easiest way is to talk with a manager at any location where O.C. roofing and insulation products are sold and explain what you need. They will usually be happy to order what you want if they dont carry it. This is commonly done even to obtain unstocked roofing supplies and colors. It may help to take in some literature off the internet to show them what you want.
As far as performance, both should be good products backed by the manufacturer support and guarentees, and both will provide you with good retrofit ventilation without the gymnastics of building soffits.
