Bryant is a good product, most brand names are suitable. I would prefer to use a 90% instead of a 80% which this model is. Also check out a sealed combustion model that uses outside air for combustion.
Many people try to cut corners when installing a heating system. The old adage is true...you get what you pay for. Use a well established contractor and check the BBB.
Whole house humidifiers are a good extra to add on. Aprilaire is a good brand. Do you live in a northern clime? If your heating season isn't very long then you might want to skip the humidifier.
Most important thing is to make sure you are working with a reputable contractor.
