I take forgranted that you are talking about your exhaust piping. This should be installed with enough slope in the pipe so the condensate does not exit out the end. The condensate should drain bag into the furnace and your furnace should be equipped with a condensate drain. That should either be into a nearby floor drain or into a condensate pump that then sends into a drain.
If your exhaust pipe is not sloped enough it will have to reinstalled....correctly
