My sink has a crack in the inside lower left hand corner. Local repairman says it's a $600. job as the old sink will have to be cut out and a new one installed. The crack is not wide, can be felt on the underside of sink but no water seems to leak through the crack. Can I use a silicon caulk or some other filler to repair the crack?
