Unless you can roll-out the bubble all the way to the edge, you're out of luck.
You could remove the bubbled section and replace it BUT you may have to 'cut back' the new section (so it's a little smaller, so it can fit.) Obviously, if you try to install a same-sized section, you'll have the same problem. You may need to have someone w/a table saw perform the fine cutting since you probably only need to 'shave' one or 2 edges. BEFORE you go cutting, make sure you have enough 'good scraps' for the repair. Buy more than you need because, some day, you may have to replace another section. There's nothing like finding out, 10 years later, that your model is discontinued!
Oh, and contact the MFGR. of your flooring for instructions on how to do this job. My best to ya and hope this helps.
