Hi, Wendy. There have been several good sets of plans in The Family Handyman magazine over the last several years but I will warn you that they took quite a bit of shop equipment and tooling. One design idea from one of the magazines was to start off with units from an unfinished furniture store and add unified tops, bottoms and trim. This required a little less equipment and a lot more thought. You might wish to check this out and consider molding designs, etc., that will match your particular decor.
