call a few local landscapers to come out. pick their brains and get cost estimates. may be as simple as berming the water around the home, or it may be that your nieghbors ar directing their water on you. anyway, it will be almost impossible for us to resolve your problem without seeing the layout.oh yea, if your patio slopes towards the home it will most likely need tobe redone.
