I am trying to locate a cleaning solution for soot from a furnace. Is there a special cleaner that has to be used on the walls first before painting? We know to use the Kliz. At this point the insurance company does not want to pay for the cleaning. The quote's to clean the house are all over $9,000. We would like to do as much as possible ourselves. We would appreciate any information on cleaning and painting as possible.
