Claudia,..If your on a tight budget take a palm sander with some 180 grit paper just enough to scuff the floor up and then tack rag the dust, mop tac rag again ,use a finish of your choice, as long as it's fast drying. it'll look great and save ya lotsa money. I've done this at least 40 times over the years and this looks and wears as good as alotta multi-million dollar homes i've worked in.
