First of all, it is pretty unlikely that anyone here would be able to provide good advice, there are too many variables.

I can tell you that is isn't impossible to bond to concrete and create damns in front of the foundation and the wells, but the water will head off in one direction or another.

I'd be inclined to talk with two contractors, both a concrete guy that'd be willing to look at your situation and provide more than one solution, and a landscaping pro. The best way to deal with contractors is to pay them for an opinion and tell them up front they will be paid for an opinion only. You'll get the cheapest and best overall solution that way.
