I am putting laminate flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen and hall. The kitchen and hall has linoleum and the living room and dining room has carpet. I am removing all the carpet, however, I would like to remove the linoleum so that the level of all the floors will be equal. Question one is : is there an easy way to remove the linoleum? Question 2. If I don't remove the linoleum how can I increase the level of the floors without linoleum so that the laminate will be laid level. In any case I am putting down a 1/2" plywood subfloor down. Thanks Ron
