We are a new development in Baiting Hollow, New York. 22 Homes with Silverline Single Hung windows that love to send the fresh air in through the winter. Silverline keeps coming to our homes and installing more strips & piping to these windows to correct the air infiltration. Is there anyone out there that had gone ahead and taken any action in court? We are contimplating a class action suit. Please let me know. Thanks...
