Do you mean how to fasten it or how to get it up there? A ledger board screwed into the studs to temprorarily support it is the best trick - you only have to fill the screw holes. As for the cabinet screws thru it into the studs is mandatory and if the cabinet structure isn't too good by all means use scrap pieces of 2x4s on the inside of the cabinet to add strength.
