I found that Home Depot doesn’t stock it but will special order it. UnderDeck has a local Minnesota / Metro distributor 2nd Wind,(www.underdeckMN.com).
They stock it and for $99 they’ll come to you house, measure my deck and leave all of the components I need for installation. Pretty neat since I don't have a 16' trailer.
