dear staci Being a home owner I was faced with the same problem. I found the problem to be in the hot water heater. They put what they call a ionrod in the tank to take out water deposets. And when the rod gets full of deposets it quits working leaving you with sulfer smell. Some hot water heaters have it to wear you can take the rod out and get rid of smell. But this is just a patch that will lead you to replace your heater. Because now with the rod out your tank has no pertachion and will soon rust from the inside out. hope this will help you. yours truly
