What kind of hardware should I use to hang a 20" long wrought iron plate rack that weighs 20 lbs. with the plates? The wall is paneling that was put up 20 yrs ago. It has recently been plastered and painted. The "spot" where my wife wants the plate rack hung has no stud.
I really do not want to use a toggle bolt as the hole will be large.
