We have the opportunity to clean (possibly strip) the walls in our local car wash which is cinder block. Over the years, mud, oil, grease, dirt etc., have covered these walls. We want to steam clean the walls with a steamer and then paint these walls. What kind of cleaner will strip the old paint and what kind of paint will adhere to the cinder block that will not peel because it is in a closed car wash? Your answer is much appreciated.
