There is a much better water powered pump than those you have considered. Water Commander, www.watercommander.com , will pump 22GPM, enough to handle your heavy water. If you have a larger than standard incoming water line there is a model that will pump 36GPM out of your sump! No electricity, no battery. To have a pure backup, you should run a separate discharge out through the sill above the footing. As an emergency backup, a separate pipe is much better.
