The sill plate on an old building of mine has rotted away. The concrete slad it is built on collects a whole lot of water when it rains just a little. The water runs under my walls across the floor and out a whole I poked in the wall . I looks like a small river running across the floor. I have replaced part of the sill but water still gets under it. I have tryed tar and insulation foam with now success. How can I stop the river or divert its path?
