Steve - best thing is to go to a "Paint" store - find the most knowledgeable person there - and describe what you have - and what you want to do.
Elastos work well on stucco - I have sold thousands of gallons in Florida - however - if you have a water problem from inside - the elasto will likely blister - actually - any paint will blister from moisture from behind.
