Because I have very low ceilings and a bedroom over the kitchen I am looking for the older type through the wall Kitchen vent.
I used to have one in the 60's, mounted on the wall behind the top of the stove, opened with a chain and I believe the speed of the fan was regulated by how much the vent door was opened. I was a kid so I could be wrong on the speed dealie.
Does anyone know who makes or where I can find such an animal any more?
I intend to use a standard hood for the lighting but not the venting.
Any help will be appreciated.
