although you may get termites eating the paper face, i would think that its going to trun into moldey mush from moisture and will stink like a week old dead horse within a few months time
why dont you just throw it out? in the garbage or haul it to the town dump is certanily easyer and cheaper than digging and hole , mixing all that concrete...under the porch? lol....you kidding?
