Repairing outside chimney

My townhouse association is residing our complex. They have come around and inspected for repairs that need to be done beforehand.

I was told the floowing for my outside chimney:
Wire lath and plaster loose and cracked areas of back chimney.

Could you plese tell me what I need to do, and what materials are needed for these repairs.
