I want to install a 3/4 inch wood floor over OSB (3/4) in thick. I have been told that I need to replace the OSB with plywood. After researching OSB I believe that it should be acceptable as an alternative to plywood. I currently have hardwood floors in other areas and OSB is the under those hardwood floors. Please let me know if the OSB will be acceptable.
