Help! I have a 1/2 horsepower garagge door opener that quit raising and lowering last week. the remote works (the motor still runs) and the chain/wire looks intact and on track, but is not moving. I beleive this thing is about 10 years old. does anyone know if this could be an "easy"/ cheap fix? can i do it myself or should i just get a new one? thanks!
