I have a 1/2 HP Craftsman gagrage door opener. suddenly stoped opening. i think the chain/wire is on track and the motor runs when i hit the remote, but it won't lift or lower the door. any advice? it is about 10 years old. would i be better off to replace it rather than mess with repairs?
