I recommend that your water be tested at an independent laboratory to determine what is in your water. Possibly there are more issues than just hardness that can be treated to give you ideal quality water.
Kinetico wants all of their customers to be satisfied and there may be more treatment necessary to resolve your problems.
Once you get the lab report, contact Kinetico and your dealer so they can work together to resolve your problems.
