The manufacture (Travis Industries) should be ashamed of themselves. Their web page and techical support keep refering us to a dealer in Bakersfield, CA that says they no longer carry their product. The links on the page don't work and neither does my stove. I now have a 350lb hunk of metal in my fireplace that can't burn anything and can't be fixed! I'll bet their stock holders are wondering the same thing.
