Home Depot will have the same color but you will not be able to paint anything new on any walls that you have painted with the old cans. All paints should the same batch number, or boxed (when you buy 3 gallons you mix thema ll together so they will match each other later).
You CAN start on new walls. Paint the entire remaining wall/walls with the new paint from corner to corner and no one will ever be able to see it.
Do not try and roll the new paint over the old areas in you've cut-in (brushed), it will look like poo-poo. It's called picture framing: The paints need to be wet when rolled over cut-in areas
