Laundry or household bleach like Clorox will kill the mold. You can apply it at 4 parts water to one part bleach. Let the bleach set for a while and hose it off.
Sunshine will also kill the mold and kepp it from coming back. Cutting tree branches back so the sun can get to your roof will be a big help. If this is not enough, there are zinc strips that you can get at a home center that work.
