Had a new furnace installed Nov. 2003, a Miller Furnace CMF80-PO Convertible. I've had an ongoing problem that I am told is a "feature of the funace".
The burner ignites, blower comes on and runs for approx. 20 min. It then goes through 3 cycles to cool down heat exchanger(??)... I'm use to this as these cycles as they are the same as our old Coleman. BUT, then it does what sounds like 3 or 4 false starts but never really starts up again. I have a concern about the blower motor and do Not want to have replace major parts in the near future for something that could possibly be fixed now while its under warranty.
Have you heard of this problem? I know that Miller in the past few years has upgraded their furnace electronic parts, are they still working out the bugs?? I've heard high praise regarding this brand but I am being treated like I'm loosing my mind. HELP!
