hairline fracture causes leak on toilet tank

I have a hairline fracture on the lower right area of my toilet tank that causes a very slow leak on the toilet tank. Is there any sealer that I can use to correct the problem or do I have to creplace the tank. Please reply to unpiano@yahoo.com Thanks L R Ramos
